Recruitment & Retention Coordinators Delivering Results for the State of Oklahoma
The Oklahoma Fire Recruitment Network (OKFRN) is comprised of Recruitment and Retention Coordinators (RRC's) from across the state. The purpose of the network is to collaborate on recruitment and retention efforts as a larger, more diverse and effective group.
The idea of OKFRN came from a group of volunteers who found themselves wanting to help understand critical R&R ideas and or needed outside resources and help to be more effective in their roles. By offering a "one stop shopping" place loaded with resources, articles, a forum and blog and even a comprehensive list of fellow Oklahoma based recruiters, were providing a resource unmatched when it comes to enhancing RRC's effectiveness while saving unmeasurable amounts of time and money due to repeated efforts or project buildup.
